YOU must not nor allow any other person (s) to store any of the following in the CONTAINER or anywhere else on the SITE (unless WE have consented in writing for you to do so.)
a) Any food or perishable goods unless securely packed and protected from or likely to attract vermin.
b) Birds, fish, animals or any living creature.
c) Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or drugs.
d) Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition.
e) Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents.
f) Asbestos, any toxic waste or materials of a potentially dangerous nature.
g) Any item which emits any fumes, smell or odour.
h) Any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained.
i) Any compressed gases.
j) Any building waste, rubble, timber, blocks or waste materials
k) Tyres or vehicle scrap including but not limited to waste oils/fluids

YOU must not, nor allow any other person(s) to:
a) leave any GOODS or any other personal belongings unattended anywhere on the SITE. WE reserve the right to remove such GOODS or belongings and dispose of them as we see fit and to charge YOU for such removal/disposal.
b) use the CONTAINER or do anything in the container or on the SITE which may cause a nuisance to US or others on the SITE or any neighbours.
c) use the CONTAINER as an office, workshop, living accommodation or home.
d) spray paint or any mechanical work of any kind in the CONTAINER.
e) attach anything to the internal or external surfaces of the CONTAINER nor make any alterations of any kind.
f) allow any substance, liquid, or smell to escape from the CONTAINER, nor any vibration to be felt or noise audible to others.
g) cause any damage to any CONTAINER on SITE or any property belonging to other SITE users or US.
h) leave anything to obstruct or block access to the SITE or other CONTAINERS.
i) connect or provide any utilities/services to the CONTAINER unless authorised in writing by US in advance.
j) e-bikes and e-scooters due to fire risk
k) Lithium batteries of any description due to fire risk

The mimimum rental period we offer is 1 month. However, the longer your rental period the better pricing we can offer.

Yes, before you are allocated a container you will need to sign our rental agreement and agree to our terms and conditions.

If you loose your key please advise us immediately. There will be a charge for replacement so please do try to keep it as safe as possible.

To rent a container you will need to bring some form of identification with you. A passport or driving license would be best. If you are in doubt please call us before visiting.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your contract. All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on this site.

You can pay your bill either by Direct Debit, Standing Order, BACS or Cash.

Inform us if you need a little extra time so an arrangement can be made, our aim is to successfully rent the container and it is in our interest to help you out.

Any items in the container or yard must be insured by the customer. Management will assist with any questions your insurer may have. If you insured items when they were in your home, insure them while they are in storage too.

You can, however it is not advisable. If you won't have any alternative, it is defintely adviseable to cover/wrap important items and hang shipping container moisture absorbers in the container. These can be purchased from sites such as ebay and are quite effective. Even if you will be accessing the container regularly, moisture absorbers are still an added bonus.
